POLICY SCOPE
sity88 Terms of Use — Core Policy Points
sity88 operates sity88 as a sports betting, live casino and slots destination for adults who meet the eligibility requirements that apply under applicable law in their location. Access to the platform and its services is conditional on you confirming that you meet those requirements before registering. We do not accept accounts from anyone who does not satisfy the applicable age and access conditions for their jurisdiction.
Nothing published on sity88 constitutes legal, financial or tax advice. Game rules, payout structures, bonus conditions and any published offers are governed by the specific terms attached to each product or promotion — review those before participating. Content on sity88, including text, graphics and brand materials, belongs to sity88 and may not be copied, redistributed or reproduced without our written permission.
Third-party names, game titles and studio marks — such as those of providers whose games may appear in our lobby — remain the property of their respective owners. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of sity88 after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If you have a question about any part of these conditions, reach us at [email protected] or through the /contact/ page.
